One single export décor grade unless sold as garden grade or lucky dip (second quality)
All product is hand pressed and fired in wood kilns, variations in glaze quality are normal and enhance the unique nature of the product.Packing:
We can pallet pack and bundle pack with bar coding and ship by 20 ft or 40 ft containers to any country.
Pallet Charge:
Prices shown in the catalog do not include a pallet charge 10.35 USD per pallet.
Packing material:
Rubber packing is included in the prices shown and cardboard packing can be requested at a charge of 137.50 USD for a 20 ft and 275 USD for a 40 ft container .
Crating :
On certain Atlantis items where stated crating is included in the price .Small items will be bundle packed.
Delivery:
New orders can be packed at short notice when stock is available. The catalog does show items and glaze colours most likely stocked
No deposit is required for established customers. Special orders and goods that need to be made can take between 5-10weeks depending on the items ordered
Shipping:
We sell FOB. It is therefore the customers responsibility to appoint a shipping agent. Please advise your

Responsibilty:
We remain responsible for customer satisfaction at all times, however our control of the container ends at FOB. Damage and breakage in transit are beyond our control after this time. Insurance should be arranged in the consignee country if this is an issue. Under normal freight conditions there is nil or negligible breakage.
Paperwork:
Invoicing and shipping documents are arranged through our
Vietnam Representative Office: 4 Seas Ceramics Ltd.
A pre –shipment Proforma is sent for reconfirmation before shipment takes place. Contents as Packed’ Invoices are faxed immediately after shipment. All invoices quote FOB prices and are in USD currency. Documentation fees are included in FOB price for shipments valued over 3300 USD. If under 3300 USD a contribution towards FOB costs of 302.50 USD is added.
Payment:
In exchange for shipping documents. Commercial Invoice, bill of Lading, and all shipping documents are couriered to the notify party on proof of payment.
