1. Our minimum Order is a 20ft container. 

2. 4Seas Ceramics Ltd. is a Hong Kong registered offshore company . By the laws of offshore trading in Hong Kong we cannot trade with, sell to, make shipment to, or receive payment from a Hong Kong based entity.
As a foreign representative office in Vietnam we can not accept orders or new payment from Vietnamese business entities.

1. Packing is carefully done with bundled, crated, and palleted options. Pallets are charged separately at 17.26 USD per pallet.Rubber off cuts and ties are included. When cardboard only is specified there is a charge of 169.40 USD (20FT) & 338.80 USD (40FT).

2. Shipping is done FOB.  It is therefore the customers responsibility to appoint a shipping agent in your country who will contact our Shipping Manager.

We remain responsible for customer satisfaction at all times until FOB. Damage and breakage in transit are beyond our control after this time. Insurance should be arranged in the consignee country. Under normal freight conditions there is negligible breakage.

Invoicing and shipping documents are arranged through our Vietnam Office: 4Seas Ceramics Ltd.

1. A 30% deposit is required with your confirmed order.
2. A pre –shipment Pro forma is then sent for your reconfirmation before shipment takes place.
3. A ‘Contents as Packed’ Invoice is emailed immediately after shipment. Full payment of the balance is now due .

4. Shipping documents required to release the container at destination are couriered promptly after sighting of payment . 

5. All invoices quote FOB prices and are in USD currency. Documentation fees are included in FOB price.

We have many items that are ready to ship. If your order contains all Ready to Ship items and payment has been made your order would arrive in the US in approximately 6 weeks.

If you have items that need to be hand crafted the production time could be 3 months. Plus, shipping time of 1.5 months. 

When you place your order all of the production time and shipping time will be determined.
